Morning Drop-Off

All Case students are expected to be at the building on time for their education.  Students will enter the building through doors 3 & 4 on the east side of the building (Harcourt Drive); these doors will open at 7:55.  Students who come in by 8:15 will be offered a free breakfast.  Breakfast will close at 8:15.  Doors 3 & 4 will be locked at 8:25, and only at that point students will enter through the front door.  Students not in the building by 8:25 will be in danger of being marked tardy and missing the start of their class’s instruction at 8:30.  When dropping a student off on time please make sure to do so in one of the 3 following places/ways:

1. Park in our parking, and walk with or have your child walk to doors 3 and 4

2. Drop your student off at the end of Case’s driveway before Harcourt Drive, and have your child walk to doors 3 and 4.

3. Park on the northbound side of Harcourt Drive (opposite side of the street from school).  Please walk your student across the street for their safety.

4. Students cannot be dropped off on the  southbound “school side” of Harcourt Drive due to traffic, bussing, and safety concerns.

Afternoon Pick-Up

All Case students are expected to be picked up from the building promptly at dismissal.  Students will exit the building at 2:30.  We ask that guardians who are driving to pick-up students do so in one of the following ways:

1. Park in the parking lot, and walk over to pick your student up.  Students will not be sent across the crosswalk without an adult.

2. Use our “drive through” / “parade” that operates on Case’s driveway.  When using our “drive through” please make sure you stay in your car at all times, pull forward whenever possible, and only turn into the driveway by making a right off of McDowell Avenue.
